This amendment would protect freedoms for all Americans, especially women and the LGBTQIS+ community. The 28th Amendment, once published, will state, “Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of sex.”

President Biden simply has to tell the Archivist to PUBLISH EQUALITY in the Constitution.
